How long does shipping take for the physical adoption kits?
Physical kits are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping within the US takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping may take 2-3 weeks depending on the destination.
Can I give a symbolic adoption as a gift?
Yes! During checkout, you can specify the recipient's name for the certificate and provide their shipping address. You also have the option to include a personalized digital message.
Are these adoptions tax-deductible?

What is your return and refund policy?
As these are symbolic donations paired with physical keepsakes, we offer a 30-day return policy for any damaged physical items. Purely digital adoption certificates are non-refundable once issued.
