Due to the charitable nature of symbolic adoptions, we offer a flexible 30-day window for returns on physical gift sets that are in their original, unused condition. Please note that digital adoption certificates are non-refundable once they have been delivered to your email inbox.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the plush animal, printed certificate, and informational brochures in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Ship the Item Back
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our conservation center receives and inspects the kit, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
